The surrounding area
Lovina is a small, friendly coastal town on the north coast of Bali. It lies in between the two larger towns of Seririt and Singaraja which used to be the capital of the island during the Dutch colonial times. The area is relatively quiet and unspoiled, especially in comparison to the overbuilt and overcrowded southern part of the island where most tourists vacation. It is for that reason that people call the northern part of the island, the last ‘Real Bali’.
From the Lovina area it is around an hour drive to the national park of Menjanagan Island. A paradise for snorkelling an scuba diving. Driving eastwards from Lovina, also at an hour drive; there is the famous dive side of Tulamben. It houses a shipwreck that was torpedoed during the Second World War. Over the years the shipwreck got overgrown by coral and today houses hundreds of different types of fish. This is truly ‘diving in a tropical fish tank.
North Bali has beautifully natural beauty, offers tranquillity, has relatively little vehicular traffic and above all clean air. There is a proprietary rich traditional culture. The beautiful Ocean on the north side and the mountains on the southern side make a beautiful landscape. There is plenty of recreation possible. Visiting cold hot springs to bathe, but also countless temples, waterfalls, a number of museums, the botanical gardens of Bedegul where also one of the most beautiful golf courses in Asia, Bali Handara an 18 hole course, lies, to name a few examples
We work together with our very own in house architect to produce top quality homes whilst being conscious of the planet. I Gusti Bagus Ngurah Dipta Negara graduated from the Architecture Department at the University of Udayana, Denpasar.

We are grateful for the communities we work and live in. Our success is largely dependant on our surroundings. Because of this, we like to give back to our local community.
